Parker Longbough 04

Parker Longbough is an Anchorage based indie band, which I had the pleasure of shooting pictures for. The band is composed of three guys, all of which I assumed to be in their 20's.
They were totally against any serious forms of photography. Matt, the rosy cheeked blonde lead singer was very intent on some shots in a social environment, but, unfortunatly, the three of them were too social to get together in the same vicinity to shoot a band shot.
We left the party and drove around downtown, and eventually found an abandoned construction site to shoot in. There I took pictures as the three of them monkeyed around on the huge equipment. Rosco practiced his "sexy" poses, and Pat was perfectly content to stare at the camera while drinking his beer, or hang upside down from the tractors, while Matt made an attempt to take control of the situation so we could get at least a few good pictures in.

The result? A mess. But I can't say that they would've had it any other way.
